Vendor Fair

For the past 21 years, the Richardson ISD Council of PTAs has sponsored a Resource Fair which has been held during our annual “Back the Future” back-to-school PTA Training event with 55 local unit PTAs in attendance. 

 

Date and Location of this Year's Event

 

This year, our event will be held on Saturday, August 24th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the HUB at Lake Highlands High School.

 

Reservations are on a First Come First Basis and Space is Limited - sign up starts JULY 1!

 

If you would like to join us for this special event, please complete the online Reservation Form Your reservation includes one 6’ x2.5’ table (cafeteria table) and the cost is $100.00 If you wish to use your own table, please indicate that on the form. 

 

Space is limited and table assignments will be made as reservations are received, so please don’t delay!

 

Table Fees Help Support Scholarships

 

All funds raised support our scholarship fund for high school seniors and teachers.

 

Door Prizes are Appreciated and Provide You More Exposure to Attendees

 

We also wish to offer door prizes as incentives to visit and spend time at our fair. If you’re able to donate a product or service, please let us know. This is a great opportunity to gain extra publicity for your organization, and prizes are always popular with attendees. Please provide a description and approximate value of your donation on the form.

 

Table Sponsor Recognition

 

Your logo will be added to a sponsor page on our website and linked back to your website.

 

We will mention you in a thank you post on our social media.
