Richardson ISD Council of PTAs - Legislative Action

The League of Women Voters of Richardson is hosting two upcoming candidate forums for the May 6, 2023 Joint & Special Election as follows. Questions for candidates are being accepted ahead of time and may be submitted by email at or via the form located here: The form can also be accessed via the QR code below. Both candidate forums are open to the public and free to attend.

There are two expiring RISD board of trustees seats on the May 6 ballot; both races are contested. The candidates in the contested races are listed below (in ballot order).

Audience members may also submit questions the night of the forum. Questions submitted prior to the forum and questions submitted the night of the forum will be given equal consideration. All submitted questions will be screened according to League of Women Voters of Texas Guidelines.
