Here we go RISD! This is our final Hometown Hero player announcement! Please welcome Jason Henry of Richardson Heights Elementary School to the team!
Jason is a 5th Grade teacher at Heights and enjoys playing Ice Hockey.

๐ผ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฉ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ช๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐ฉ ๐ ๐๐จ๐ค๐ฃ ๐จ๐๐๐ง๐๐: I am a 5th degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do. I started Tae Kwon Do at age six and grew up teaching Tae Kwon Do. This is how I discovered my love of teaching!

Dartmouth Elementary RISD, please welcome your third Duck to the Hometown Heroes, as Hope Dallas joins the team along with Coach Mike Munoz and Christy Hart!
Hope is a special education teacher at Dartmouth. She grew up playing basketball in her driveway!

Principal Dawes used to be Captain of his Volleyball team in Florida back in the day, but his all time favorite sport is Pickleball.

Sandy is a gorgeous Grandma to six and works as a Materials Clerk at MPE. She loves to hike on weekends at local trails. Sandy's also a Longhorn!

Eric loves all sports and enjoys playing golf. He's excited to finally get a chance to demonstrate his dunking skills when the RISD Hometown Heroes take on the Harlem Wizards s this Sunday, April 16 at the Berkner HS gym.

Yale Elementary PE teacher Leah Worthington joins the RISD Hometown Heroes! Coach Leah has loved Basketball since she was little. She played the game from grade 3 - 12!

Based on his YouTube channel, where he talks about PE and fitness, Coach Mike must make PE a LOT of fun for his students so we can't wait for him to bring his BIG energy to the court!

What he loves the most about the people in RISD is how easy it is to unite around the shared goal of giving our students the best education possible!
